Zesty Veggie Stir Fry

Step 1

Place all vegetables in a large bowl (except the green onion) and mix. Add garlic powder, hot sauce, soy sauce and Amazing Taste® Malibu seasoning.

Heat olive oil in a wok pan or large skillet on MEDIUM-HIGH until very hot, but not smoking. Toss in the vegetable mixture and cook for about minutes, tossing continuously.

Add the green onion and cook for a minute more before serving. You don’t want the vegetables to wilt. Aim for crunchy.

*Julienne: A French term for a culinary knife cut in which the food item is cut into long, thin strips.

  • 1 Cup Yellow squash - Chopped into ¼ inch slices

  • 2 Teaspoons Garlic powder - (or use fresh grated garlic)
  • 1 Tablespoon Hot sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy sauce

  • 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
  • ½ Cup Green onion - Chopped
