Sriracha Hot Wings

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400ᵒF. Set a wire rack inside a large rimmed baking sheet.

In a large mixing bowl, stir together 1 tablespoon Amazing Taste® Sriracha Seasoning, black pepper, and canola oil. Add wings and toss until well coated. Arrange wings on wire rack in a single layer. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until wings are cooked though and crispy.

While wings are cooking, whisk together the vinegar, water, and the remaining 3 tablespoons Amazing Taste® Sriracha Seasoning in a small sauce pan. Bring to just under a boil and reduce heat to a simmer. Whisk in cold butter 1 piece at a time until completely melted before whisking in the next piece. Continue whisking until all butter has been incorporated. Remove from heat and set aside.

Transfer wings to another baking sheet and toss with sriracha hot wing sauce.
