Corn & Veggie Chowder

SERVES 4 to 6


Step 1

In a medium saucepan, heat the olive oil on MEDIUM-HIGH and sauté the chopped onion for 2 to 3 minutes. Add all vegetables, broth, water and the Amazing Taste ® Malibu seasoning. Stir well and bring to a boil.

Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

Put the mixture in a blender. Cover and purée on LOW to avoid hot splatters. Serve with toasted bread crumbs or croutons, homemade or packaged.
