ground beef, 1 lb

whole wheat buns, 4

tomato, sliced

onion, sliced

lettuce (iceberg), 4 leaves

cheese, 4 slices , cheddar

Amazing Taste® Steak House seasoning, ½ packet


1. Form the ground beef in ¼ pound burger patties and sprinkle Amazing Taste Steak House seasoning to cover all sides of the patties very well.

2. Grill the patties to desired doneness (they should be at a minimum internal temperature of 160°F). Toast the buns and layer with lettuce, onion, tomato, beef and cheese – along with any other toppings you may want – and serve.

3. Want to lose the buns and help slim yours?Just put a bunch of whole lettuce leaves on a platter (butter lettuce works best).  Make your own burger lettuce wraps.  Messy but good for you and it’s fun.
