SERVES 4 to 6

large or extra-large shrimp, shelled and deveined

Amazing Taste® Sriracha Seasoning, 2 teaspoons

butter, 2 tablespoons

canola or peanut oil, 2 tablespoons

garlic, 4 cloves, minced

white wine or clam juice, 1/2 cup

scallions, 3, cut into 1-inch pieces

lemon, 1/2, juiced

 

 

Toss shrimp with Amazing Taste® Sriracha Seasoning and set aside.

Melt butter with oil in a large skillet.  Sauté garlic until fragrant, but do not let color; about 30 seconds to 1 minute.  Add the wine or clam juice and cook until reduced by half.

Add the shrimp and scallions then cook, stirring occasionally until the shrimp just turn pink; about 2 to 4 minutes.  Stir in the lemon juice and serve immediately.
