SERVES 4

 

fish fillets*, 4 (2 oz each)
tortillas, 8, whole wheat
lettuce or cabbage, 3 cups, finely shredded
avocado, 1, large
sour cream, ½ cup
chunky salsa or pico de gallo, 1 cup
olive oil, 1 tablespoon
Amazing Taste® Malibu seasoning, 1 packet

 

1. Sprinkle each side of the fish with Amazing Taste Malibu seasoning.

2. In a large skillet, heat on MEDIUM and add olive oil. Place seasoned fish in the pan and cook 2 ½ minutes per side or until done.

3. Cut fish fillets in half and slice the avocado. If you’d like, warm the tortillas on an open burner or quickly in the oven on a baking tray using tongs.

4. Layer fish and shredded lettuce in tortilla.  Salsa, sour cream and avocado on the side and you can add some lemon or lime juice to the sour cream.
