catfish fillets, 1 lb

bell pepper, 1 cup, chopped

onion, 1 cup, chopped

tomato, 1 cup, chopped

mushroom, 1 cup, chopped

white wine, ¼ cup

olive oil, ¼ cup

lemon juice, ¼ cup

hot sauce, 1 tablespoon

Amazing Taste® Seafood seasoning, 1 packet

 

1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

2. In a large baking dish, mix Amazing Taste Seafood seasoning with all the liquid ingredients. Mix well. Place the catfish in the dish and coat well with the sauce.

3. Add vegetables to the dish and make sure they are also coated well with the sauce.

4. Bake for 25 minutes or until the fish are flaky to the touch and the vegetables are tender.

Careful not to overcook.
