Amazing London Broil

Ingredients
1 ½ lbs. London broil or your favorite steak



Marinade:

1 packet Amazing Taste® Malibu Seasoning

¼ cup olive oil

¼ cup water or red wine
 
Directions
1) Combine marinade ingredients.

2) Place London broil in a shallow pan and add marinade. Pierce with fork.

3) Marinate for at least 15 minutes or for deeper flavor, refrigerate in marinade for several hours.

4) Grill 8-10 minutes per side or until desired doneness, basting while cooking.

5) Carve meat diagonally against the grain into thin slices.

6) Discard excess marinade.
