Irish Beef Stout Stew
Healthy, hearty stew. Perfect for St. Patrick's Day!

Ingredients
2 lbs. beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 packet Amazing Taste for Beef
1 tsp. dried rosemary
3 sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 cup carrots cut in 1” pieces
4 stalks celery cut in 1” pieces
1 medium white onion sliced
1 can (14 oz.) beef broth
1 cup Irish stout beer (such as Guinness)
3 tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

 
Directions
Sprinkle half a packet of Amazing Taste for Beef on meat. In a large, deep pot with a lid heat oil and brown beef well on all sides. Add beef broth, beer, vegetables, rosemary and remaining Amazing Taste seasoning, stir and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook for 1 hour or until meat and vegetables are fork tender. Stir occasionally. Garnish with parsley.
