Amazing Taste Chicken Soup

Ingredients
2 lbs. chicken drumsticks and thighs

1 packet Amazing Taste for Poultry

8 small red potatoes

1 cup carrots cut in 1 inch pieces

4 stalks celery cut in 1 inch pieces

1 medium white onion sliced

1 can (14 oz) chicken broth

3 cups water

3 tbs. olive or vegetable oil

Directions
Rinse chicken in cold running water and pat dry.

Sprinkle half a packet of Amazing Taste for Poulty on chicken pieces

In a large deep pot with a lid, heat oil and brown chicken well on all sides.

Add chicken broth, water, vegetables and remaining Amazing Taste Seasoning, stir and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until chicken and vegetables are fork tender.

Stir occasionally.
