Ingredients
1 Head Butter Lettuce
½ lb Raw Shrimp, peeled, deveined and chopped
1 Tablespoon Amazing Taste Lemon Butter Dill Seasoning or Seafood Packet
1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
½ cup Dry White Wine
1/3 cup chopped water chestnuts
1/4 cup chopped green onions
½ cup chopped mushrooms
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup shredded red cabbage
2 Garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp. Finely minced Ginger

Directions
In a sauté pan coat with sesame oil add shrimp, seasoning, white wine, onion, garlic and ginger simmer for 5-6 minutes. Add chestnuts, mushrooms, carrots, cook for additional 3-5 minutes.
