Dr. Ghazi H. Taki, a Ph.D. in Food Science, has been a leader in the food industry for over forty years. Dr. Taki founded Amazing Taste Foods, the offshoot of Microwave Foods established in 1977. Dr. Taki stood on the cutting edge of microwave cooking when he created the innovative seasoning product, Micro Shake. After a huge success with this timely product and to keep up with the changing times, Dr. Taki developed the current blend of seasonings used for Amazing Taste. These special blends are made up of natural and healthy ingredients, have very low quantities of sodium and contain no MSG. Amazing Taste seasonings instantly create juicy, tender and delicious all-natural flavor for meats, poultry and seafood.

In addition to the lines of seasoning products, Dr. Taki is also the co-author of “Fantastic Food from Your Microwave” and has also conducted cooking classes from coast to coast. Dr. Taki has been featured on dozens TV and radio shows and many publications, where he demonstrated his cooking techniques, as well as discussed how to enjoy food more and how to make cooking easier for consumers. Dr. Taki’s extensive experience includes working with numerous U.S. food companies such as ConAgra, General Foods, Chesebrough Ponds, Frank’s Tea and Spice, and Seymour Foods. Additionally, at Adolph’s, Dr. Taki is credited with developing their first meat tenderizing marinades, among many other products.
